Nice room, but non existent staff
The man who checked us in was friendly although we didn't see him again. When we had a problem with our bathroom, the young man who tried to fix it was really nice and when it wasn't able to be fixed they did move us to another room. The room itself is nice and good value for money. The location is great, as it is in the old city.
The staff were hardly ever there and one lady we saw was very rude. We said hello (in Thai) and she said nothing. We saw her do the same to other guests. The cleaning was not automatic, you had to tell reception, but since there was no one there, we had to leave a note (it did get cleaned though). They told us the front door locked at 9pm, but one afternoon around 5pm, my Mum went to 7-11 (I was in the room with the key as you needed it for air con) and got locked out as someone shut the door. She had to ask the tattoo shop next door to help (they were very nice), as no staff around. I sent a message to confirm locking time and no reply. They advertise breakfast on a sign, but it doesn't exist.

Easy to find, very accessible, great quality for value, practical.
nothing special to complain about. I just wouldn't stay there for a romantic date =0)
